Neo Recruitment is working with a well-established, people-focused specialist supplier of engineered components and technical consumables. They are growing their commercial team and are looking for Account Managers to join them in West Lothian: two experienced Account Managers and one graduate.

The role

You will be the person customers rely on to keep things moving: processing technical orders accurately, handling enquiries and quotations with care, and building long-term relationships with engineers, buyers and supply chain teams across defence, aerospace, energy, motorsport and advanced manufacturing.

Who we would like to meet

  • Experienced: account management, customer service or sales order processing experience, ideally with engineered products, components, fasteners, consumables or other technical products
  • Experienced: confidence talking through technical detail with engineers and buyers, and a sharp eye for accuracy
  • Graduate: a recent graduate in any discipline with limited or no experience, who is curious, quick to learn and a clear, friendly communicator
  • A warm, honest, relationship-led approach
  • Defence, aerospace or other high-specification industry experience is a bonus, as is UK security clearance
  • The right to work in the UK, as the employer is unable to offer sponsorship

What is on offer

  • A competitive salary depending on experience, in a permanent role
  • A people-focused specialist business with a strong reputation for quality and service
  • Real scope to grow, whether you are experienced or just starting out
  • The option to work from West Lothian or from the business's second site in Leicester
