Neo Property Solutions Limited is a recognised specialist in the provision of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions. Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.
A role with real influence at NEO Property Solutions, you’ll sit right at the centre of contract delivery — influencing pricing, managing variations, supporting operations and feeding directly into senior decision-making. The work is varied, fast-paced and genuinely important, supporting Passive Fire Protection projects across housing, healthcare, education and major commercial frameworks. You’ll join a 12-strong commercial team and work closely with a long-standing Commercial Manager, alongside the Head of Commercial and Managing Director.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Pricing works using SOR schedules and first principles where required
- Preparing, costing and securing approval for variations
- Attending client progress meetings (face-to-face and via Teams)
- Working closely with Operations to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery
- Producing monthly valuations and keeping WIP to a minimum
- Reconciling works management systems and reviewing contract costs
- Raising orders and managing subcontractors to ensure commercial return
- Feeding accurate, timely information into senior management forecasting
You’ll have visibility of performance, ownership of your numbers, and a clear voice in how contracts are run.
