Location: LS9 0PF - Cross Green, Leeds (Office based)
Salary: £26,107 per annum
Office hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
Here at NEO Property Solutions we're going through a period of growth, new clients coming onboard and more work from our existing customers sees us needing to build our back office team in Leeds to support all this extra work. We're looking for an experienced Administrator who's comfortable with large amounts of data entry, liaising with customers and repetitive work. The role will be heavily involved with one of our new customers, taking reports from our field-based surveying team and uploading them to a multitude of systems. This will require attention to detail, accuracy, reasonable keyboard skills and the ability to juggle a variety of priorities.
Duties:
- Customer communications (Phone / Email / Letters)
- Diary management
- Validate data on Surveys
- Data entry on to in-house & customer portals
- Administration of risk assessments
- Review client requirements
- General Admin to support the Planning and Estimating teams
Requirements:
- Previous administration / data-entry experience
- Experience of SharePoint
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Able to learn new systems quickly
