Neo Property Solutions Limited is a recognised specialist in the provision of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions. Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.
As an FRA Technical Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring fire risk assessments are delivered and our customer expectations are met, ensuring technical compliance across a diverse range of residential and commercial properties. You will collaborate with assessors and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards in fire safety, executing works within commercial, schools, healthcare establishments, social housing, and more. As a new department very much in its infancy you will play a significant role in the department's success and evolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain FRA Templates (FRA E&W, FRA Scotland, Housing and Pre-Occupancy reports).
- Build the accreditation matrix, ensuring all Assessors have essential certificates.
- Conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) across various sites ensuring adherence to current legislation.
- Conduct field assessments with your team of Assessors to monitor performance and ensure best practice and customer service.
- Lead and mentor a team of fire safety professionals ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulation ensuring best practices are followed.
- IFE or IFSM - Essential.
- Minimum of Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment or relevant qualification (Advantageous).
- Proven experience in fire risk assessment and safety management within occupied premises.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SP205 requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
