If you’re looking for a HR role where no two days are the same, where you’ll gain exposure across the full HR spectrum, and where you’ll genuinely accelerate your career development — this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join Premier Technical Services Group supporting our rapidly growing Fire Solutions Division. This is a busy, hands‑on and highly varied role supporting multiple businesses and around 1,000 employees across a fast-moving operational environment.

Over the last two years alone, PTSG has grown by more than 1,000 employees and completed over 10 acquisitions. That growth creates opportunity — and plenty of it.

From TUPE projects and employee relations cases, through to organisational change, performance management, recruitment support and day‑to‑day advisory work, this role offers the kind of exposure that genuinely builds careers. This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing the same repetitive admin every day. It’s a chance to become involved in the real commercial side of HR within one of the UK’s leading Building Safety.

Divisional HR Advisor employer: Neo Property Solutions

At Premier Technical Services Group, we pride ourselves on being an exceptional employer that fosters a dynamic and supportive work culture.
