NEO Property Solutions Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at our Leeds Head Office. The role offers an opportunity to gain insight into passive fire protection measures and building regulations across multi-occupancy housing, public facilities and healthcare buildings.
You will assist with pre and post contract surveying duties, including upfront cost estimates, interim accounts and payment applications, and you will attend commercial handover.
