About Us
NEO Property Solutions specialises in the installation and maintenance of Fire Doors – both timber and composite. Our work ranges from Schools, Hospitals, Sports Arenas, Offices, Apartments, Social Housing, Retail Outlets to Care Homes and more.
Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial work on fire door sets to bring them back to regulations where required.
- Install new intermittent strips, upgrade hinges or install ironwork as needed.
- Rip out old door and surround and install a complete new assembled door set when required.
- Record all works on a mobile device (full training provided).
Requirements
- Reliability: consistently turn up on site on time ready to work.
- General capability to use technology to record works (full training provided).
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 Carpentry (or other joinery equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Able to pass a DBS check (working on occupied property – all joiners are vetted).
- Positive attitude and ability to stay focused when plans change.
- Experience of repairing and installing fire door sets (highly advantageous).
Working Conditions
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30; Friday 08:30 to 15:30. Generally travel up to 1.5 hours from home (we try to keep you local).
