About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in accelerating our growth by creating a dedicated engine for lead generation across both Neo People and Judicium Education services. Key Responsibilities: You will:
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads across the education sector, including schools, academies, and MATs.
- Engage decision-makers (HR Directors, CFOs, CEOs, Business Managers) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand client needs across HR technology, compliance, payroll, and advisory services.
- Book discovery calls and demos for the sales teams across Neo People and Judicium Education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, reporting regularly on pipeline progress.
- Work closely with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging tailored to education audiences.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
About You: You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous sales or business development experience (education sector experience is a bonus).
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing multiple brands, services, and product lines.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- A self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills, resilience, and a drive to exceed targets.
Why Join Us? As an equal opportunities employer, we celebrate diversity, flexibility, and individuality. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where our people can grow and succeed. We offer:
- 36 days annual leave (28 + 8 bank holidays) plus 1 extra day per year of service (up to 5).
- Hybrid or remote working options across the UK.
- Learning & Development opportunities to support your growth.
- Flexible benefits package including a healthcare scheme and the option to purchase additional annual leave.
