This is the role you’ve been waiting for. MEND is an autoimmune skin wellness brand about to launch across the UK and Ireland. We’re not entering the beauty industry quietly. We’re here to disrupt it. And we need someone brilliant to help us do it.
We’re looking for a Brand & Retail Manager who thinks like a founder, moves like an operator, and knows this industry cold. Someone who doesn’t just want a seat at the table but wants to build the table. This role has a clear trajectory to COO as the brand scales. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build.
You’ll own the full ecosystem from day one:
- Ecommerce
- Retail
- Logistics
- Community
- Brand
The initial route to market is TikTok Shop, Amazon, and our own website, with retail partnerships to follow across the UK and Irish markets. You’ll be the person making sure every moving part is connected, accountable, and flying.
You’ll set up supply chain from scratch:
- Warehousing
- Cost management
- Sourcing
- Procurement
You’ll build and lead a team. You’ll hit revenue targets and milestones. You’ll host community events and nurture the kind of brand loyalty that turns customers into advocates. You’ll drive a five-star consumer experience at every single touchpoint.
You’ll also need to understand the legal and regulatory landscape and be ready to support fundraising prep as we scale. Three hero products. Branding done. Credibility established. Now we need the person who makes it real.
Who you are:
You’re a multitasker who thrives in a start-up environment. Self-sufficient. Accountable. Obsessively organised with an eye across every aspect of the business. You’ve ideally built or launched your own brand, or you’ve been deep inside a start-up where you had to wear every hat. You come from a beauty or skincare background. Experience in wellness, eczema, psoriasis, or the global skin conditions space is a huge plus.
You understand what it means to launch a brand in the UK and Ireland with a global mindset from day one. You have at least five years of operational experience in beauty or wellness. You’ve worked with or alongside brands like Charlotte Tilbury, REFY, The Ordinary, or similar. You’re not an account manager. You’re a retail and operations leader with serious industry connections. You’re based in or between Dublin and London. You understand both the UK and Irish markets and ideally work in one while knowing the other well.
