Multi Skilled Production Operator Opportunity - NeoNext+ Energy
Join our offshore operations team and play a key role in maximizing oil and gas production while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and asset integrity. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of offshore process plant systems. You will contribute to production performance, support maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company procedures, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and process systems safely and efficiently from the Central Control Room (with approval) or local control panels.
- Respond appropriately to plant alarms, process upsets and abnormal operating conditions.
- Carry out duties detailed in emergency response procedures, station bills and as directed by the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).
- Complete verification and preventative maintenance activities on production equipment, where required.
- Perform first-line maintenance and support fault-finding and root cause investigations on production systems.
- Prepare equipment and process systems for intrusive maintenance activities, ensuring safe isolation standards are maintained.
- Act as an Area Operator and Isolating Authority within the Permit to Work and Control of Work systems.
- Conduct plant inspections and authorised leak testing (following competency approval), ensuring systems are safe for return to service.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, records and equipment performance data, escalating issues when operating parameters fall outside acceptable limits.
- Support well testing activities and ensure accurate recording of well test data.
- Carry out process sampling and assist in monitoring chemical injection rates, stock levels and tank inventories.
- Monitor plant condition and housekeeping standards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment at all times.
- Build positive working relationships across operations, maintenance and support teams to drive operational excellence.
- Participate in the company's Competence Assurance Scheme, completing training and assessments required for the role.
About You

Essential Requirements
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Processing Operations (Hydrocarbons) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous relevant experience in Production Operations.
- Experience working on onshore or offshore oil and gas production facilities.
- Strong understanding of process isolations, including design, application and verification.
- Experience working within Control of Work and Permit to Work systems.
- Experience coordinating and monitoring maintenance and vendor activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working on offshore production platforms.
- Knowledge of ultra-high pressure/high temperature (uHPHT) operations.
- Familiarity with dry tree systems, drilling operations, well intervention activities and centrifugal compressors.
- Experience supporting asset integrity, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
