As part of our continued growth, we are hiring two Recruitment Consultants to join our US Mission Critical and US Power & Energy teams, based in Manchester. This is an opportunity to work on projects that are literally powering the future — from hyperscale data centres supporting AI and cloud expansion, to major power generation and energy infrastructure developments across North America.

The Role

You will support our established US teams by identifying, engaging, and placing top talent into critical infrastructure and energy projects across the United States. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Building and nurturing client relationships within the US market
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates in technical and engineering disciplines
  • Developing your own specialist market within Mission Critical (Data Centres) or Power & Energy
  • Working closely with leadership to help grow a “business within a business”
  • Attending international industry conferences and client meetings
