NEO International Partners is partnering with a leading UK infrastructure contractor to appoint a Contracts Manager / Project Director as part of the continued expansion of its national Energy division. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a formative stage of its growth within the UK power sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and expanding the company's presence across transmission and distribution infrastructure, with a particular focus on distribution-led substation civils and wider energy frameworks.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support pre-construction activities across transmission and distribution opportunities
- Engage directly with DNOs, transmission operators, and energy sector clients
- Support tendering, bid strategy, and work-winning initiatives
- Collaborate with estimators, planners, and operational teams on substation and civils projects
- Assist with project sequencing, mobilisation, and delivery planning
- Develop and strengthen client relationships across the UK energy market
- Support the growth of a dedicated energy delivery function
- Contribute to strategic business planning and regional expansion
