NEO International Partners is entering its next phase of growth, and we're looking for an ambitious recruitment leader to take ownership of NEO Energy our global

Power & Energy practice.

This is an opportunity to inherit an established platform, lead an experienced team, work directly alongside the founders of the business, and help build one of the industry's leading international executive search practices within the energy and infrastructure sector.

The Opportunity

  • You'll assume responsibility for an existing Power & Energy division covering:
  • Renewable Energy
  • Conventional Power Generation
  • Nuclear
  • Power Transmission & Distribution
  • Grid Infrastructure
  • Energy Transition

Working with an established team of consultants, existing international clients and live assignments, your remit will be to grow the division strategically across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

You'll have genuine influence over recruitment strategy, market direction, service offering, hiring plans and future expansion.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful.

  • What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading and mentoring an experienced recruitment team.
  • Developing the commercial strategy for NEO Energy.
  • Growing existing strategic client relationships.

  • Working closely with the founders on long-term business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • We're interested in speaking with ambitious recruitment leaders who have:
  • Experience managing recruitment consultants or a recruitment team.
  • A successful track record of billing within Power, Energy, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering or another professional recruitment market.
  • Strong client development and relationship management skills.
  • Experience delivering retained, executive or senior appointments (desirable).
  • Commercial ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A genuine desire to build and lead a market-leading business.
