An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Milton Keynes. You will become part of a small, friendly and hardworking team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, with hybrid working available after full training. This is a varied, hands-on role combining finance administration and general office support, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance Administration
- Generating sales invoices via the system
- Updating accounting software with supplier and customer invoices
- Managing purchase and sales ledger activities
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Assisting with cashflow, budgeting and daily profit loss reporting
- Ordering materials, skips and parts as required
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Managing correspondence and supporting day-to-day office operations
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of paperwork
