A well-established cash positive SME manufacturing business based in Leicestershire with a circa £25m revenue expected growth to £40m in the next 18 months, are seeking to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
The role is a permanent full time position based on site in Leicestershire.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a standalone position with full ownership of the finance function across a group of 3 entities.
The Finance Manager will lead small finance team and play a crucial role in supporting the CFO.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving discrepancies.
