As part of the company’s continued expansion, NRG has been appointed to support the recruitment of a Company Accountant to join this dynamic and forward-thinking group. Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Director, this is a pivotal, hands-on role with day-to-day ownership of the company’s accounting function, alongside leadership responsibility across Finance and Payroll.
The Role
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership of the Finance and Payroll functions across the group
- Producing monthly management accounts, including commentary and analysis for Directors
- Preparing and posting month-end journals, and maintaining prepayments and accruals
- Full maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Reviewing and enhancing KPIs and management information to support business performance
