We are delighted to be working with a well-established, award-winning IT MSP with a 20+ year track record. Over recent years they have grown strongly both organically and by acquisition. Working primarily with growing and mid-market businesses looking for enterprise-level solutions, our client has built an impressive and broad customer base. This vacancy has arisen due to the growth of an experienced Account Management team.

The primary focus of the role is to act as the customer's voice within the business, ensure their high satisfaction and to maintain the company's excellent contract renewal rate. Another important aspect is to grow revenue within accounts, undertaking white space analysis and working consultatively with the customer and the tech/pre-sales teams to position additional solutions.

We are looking for a good listener who can build excellent customer relationships by understanding them properly. Experience in the IT MSP space is strongly preferred - ideally working with Microsoft-centric solutions. Ongoing opportunities are excellent, with lots of growth planned, an emphasis on professional development and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, in-person and virtually
  • Act as the customer's advocate in the business
  • Understand clients' requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  • Drive contract renewals and identify account growth opportunities
  • Work between client and internal teams to enhance service delivery
  • Keep clients up to date about new products and services
  • Work with Marketing on client-specific campaigns

  • Proven track record of Account Management in IT Services
  • Top-notch communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listener who can fully understand clients' priorities and respond accordingly
  • Good commercial acumen and numeracy
