About the Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our sales teams to focus on what matters most, driving revenue and building customer relationships. You’ll own key operational and administrative tasks, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently across the entire customer lifecycle. Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll work cross-functionally to resolve complex requests, remove blockers, and help move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to support sales teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex, cross-functional requests
- Manage and execute critical sales processes using CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations
- Respond to enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and elevate risks when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure visibility across teams
- Support customer onboarding and renewal processes
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance sales effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support, customer service, sales or sales operations/administration role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support systems
