Nemesis Now are creators and suppliers of original pop culture merchandise, giftware and collectibles products throughout the UK, USA, and Europe. Our products are created using our brand DNA of “Imagination Realised” by our fantastic in‑house design team working in collaboration with licensing companies such as Warner Brothers. This allows us to produce products featuring Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones to name but a few. Nemesis Now are looking for an exceptional National Account Manager to join our high‑performing commercial team and take ownership of some of our most important strategic accounts. If you’re commercially sharp, relationship‑driven, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering robust account strategies that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen long‑term partnerships. You’ll be the primary point of contact for key national customers, building collaborative relationships while ensuring flawless execution of joint business plans. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations. This role offers autonomy, strategic responsibility, and the chance to make a measurable difference from day one.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow national accounts
  • Achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets across assigned accounts
  • Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to drive account decisions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver account initiatives and solve operational issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and lead business reviews
  • Forecast performance of own accounts and capability to pivot to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manage contract updates and renewals
