Sprinklr consultant

On behalf of our client, a leading international consulting firm, Nembrini Consulting is seeking a Sprinklr Functional Configurator to be based on-site (with hybrid work arrangements) in the UK, Italy or Switzerland.

The selected professionals will be hired by Nembrini Consulting in Switzerland, with the potential in the future to be integrated into the client’s organization based on performance and project evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the Sprinklr platform, a global leader in Customer Experience Management (CXM)
• Work with key modules including Social Publishing, Listening, Engagement, Care, Research, and Insights
• Build and manage automated workflows, routing rules, tagging systems, and response setups across digital channels (social, email, web, etc.)
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, or native connectors to platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, e-commerce systems, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Design advanced dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and customer journeys
• Support user testing, issue resolution, and continuous platform optimization
• Provide functional documentation and user training

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sprinklr configuration with a strong focus on functional implementation
• Understanding of API integrations, data formats (JSON/XML), and middleware platforms
• Experience in omnichannel environments, digital marketing, or customer service platforms
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English; Italian fluency is required for the Italy-based position
• Availability for full on-site work (remote work is not an option)
• Sprinklr certifications or other CX-related credentials (e.g., CXPA, Salesforce, Adobe)
