The Oxford Market is an exciting pub / cocktail bar / restaurant with a large beer garden just off Oxford Street. We show live sports and have a hidden basement nightclub underneath!

ROLE

  • Oversee and coordinate the waitstaff during shifts
  • Train and develop junior members
  • Ensure the team maintains a high standard of service
  • Setting up tables and chairs ready for service
  • Showing customers to their seats
  • Ensuring all tables are kept clean and free of empties
  • Taking orders and delivering food and drink to the tables
  • Upselling
  • To fully understand all the dishes and drinks on the menu
  • Checking back and taking payments
  • To provide excellent customer service with every guest
