ROLE
- Oversee and coordinate the waitstaff during shifts
- Train and develop junior members
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of service
- Setting up tables and chairs ready for service
- Showing customers to their seats
- Ensuring all tables are kept clean and free of empties
- Taking orders and delivering food and drink to the tables
- Upselling
- To fully understand all the dishes and drinks on the menu
- Checking back and taking payments
- To provide excellent customer service with every guest
