We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals through personalised care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity are maintained at all times. Duties:

  • Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Administer medication in accordance with prescribed guidelines and document all care provided.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and feeding to promote nutritional health.
  • Assist with behavioural management strategies for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's care needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals, fostering a positive environment.
  • Support with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safety during transportation.
  • Recognise and respond promptly to medical emergencies and carry out CPR when needed.
  • Assist with specialised care needs such as hospice or palliative care for terminally ill clients.
