We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Duties:
- Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Administer medication in accordance with prescribed guidelines and document all care provided.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding to promote nutritional health.
- Assist with behavioural management strategies for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's care needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals, fostering a positive environment.
- Support with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space.
- Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safety during transportation.
- Recognise and respond promptly to medical emergencies and carry out CPR when needed.
- Assist with specialised care needs such as hospice or palliative care for terminally ill clients.
