The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 £ per year.
To organise, coordinate and supervise care services in accordance with current best practice, company policies, legislation requirements and agreed standards. Provide leadership to care staff, maintain high-quality service delivery and participate in the on-call rota.
Entry Requirements and Qualifications
- Applicants should typically be at least 18 years old with experience in a care environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to be flexible.
- RQF Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it.
- Background checks including DBS/CRB checks may be required.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure service users are at the heart of care delivery and that their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- Supervise staff and contribute to the efficient running of the service.
- Organise and coordinate care delivery according to policies, procedures, regulations and contract requirements.
- Ensure care is delivered at agreed times and for the specified duration.
- Promote and protect the welfare of individuals supported by the service.
- Provide leadership and support to care staff.
- Maintain current professional skills and undertake required training.
- Organise, coordinate and supervise care services within legal and contractual standards.
- Participate in and maintain an on-call facility.
