- Ensuring all training relevant to the position is completed and kept up to date.

Qualifications:
- A Time-Served Electrical Engineer.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent (Maths and English).
- HNC/HND Engineering qualification.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 18th Edition BS 7671:2018 regulations.
- Understanding of 415V AC – 24V DC 3 phase/single phase motors, Servos, VSD’s, VLT’s, Inverters.
- Installation of containment, cable glanding, and controls.
- Ability to understand and interpret wiring diagrams and PLC systems.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced GMP environment.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programmes.
- Experience with FMCG packaging machinery or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in areas such as liquid filling, cartoning systems, labelling, tube filling, and shrink wrap systems.
Abilities and Behaviours:
- Professional and self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good interactive and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload under pressure.
- IT literate (Excel and ideally SAP).
- Good fault finding skills and ability to read ladder diagrams.
- Adaptable and keen to learn.
