The Role: Join our team at Nelsons, where you'll contribute to the production of natural medicines, including homeopathic, herbal, and flower remedy products. Your role will involve completing batch documentation, maintaining production areas and equipment, supporting engineering activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, all while adhering to GMP and H&S standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete all required training and keep it up to date, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and using assigned initials.
- Maintain documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and adhere to Data Integrity protocols.
- Work as part of a team or individually in the production of Nelsons' products, following GMP and H&S requirements and encouraging adherence among team members.
- Develop technical and interpersonal skills, assist in operator training, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform changeovers, troubleshoot packaging equipment, and support validation of processes and development of SOPs.
- Maintain production documentation, ensure timely completion of in-process checks, and achieve KPI targets while reporting issues to the Team Leader.
We’d love you to have:
- English and Maths to GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Previous experience with GMP in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of production lines and processes preferred.
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Good IT Skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to recognise and work with good hygienic practices.
