The Role: We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor to join our team of specialists who are recognised in The Legal 500. The focus of this role will be resolving property and disputed land matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment.
Ideally, we are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor with 4 to 5 years’ experience and someone who requires minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a varied caseload, including:
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes – commercial and residential
- Possession claims
- Dilapidations
- Breach of lease
- Serving notices
- Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Breach of covenants
- Trespass
- Adverse possession
- Boundary disputes
- Rights of way and easements
- Party Wall Act disputes
- Residential disrepair claims
