The Role:
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Real Estate Senior Solicitor / Associate ( ideally 5 years plus PQE) to join our team of specialiststo enhance the team at our Leicester office.
The team deals with the complete range of commercial property transactions for owners, occupiers, SME’s, PLC’s, commercial lenders, pension schemes and developers including all types of acquisitions, leases and disposals and secured lending.
The role will involve supporting the fee earners within the team as well as managing a caseload of files including dealing with sale and purchases of commercial premises and commercial leases. Ideal candidates will be technically strong with an eye for detail, be a good communicator and possess excellent client care skills. You will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change as well as embracing the culture of working in an open plan environment.
This is an excellent role for an individual who is looking to expand on their commercial knowledge and gain experience.
