Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our leading Clinical Negligence team working from our Leicester office.

The role will be working with and supporting the experienced fee-earners on sometimes large and complex Clinical Negligence cases. Duties will include providing important and detailed support on cases by preparing, scheduling and organising relevant documentation, assisting senior fee earners in investigation and progression of their cases, as well as dealing with client enquiries both by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on cases by preparing, scheduling and organising relevant documentation.
  • Assist senior fee earners in investigation and progression of their cases.
  • Deal with client enquiries both by phone and in person.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a legal or medical environment within a Litigation team.
  • Preferably Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and dedication to client care.
