The Role
- Contract Details:
- Working Pattern: 10pm to 6am - Monday-Friday
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
- Salary: £15.25 ph plus 30% shift enhancement
- Initial training will be alongside the day shifts and paid at the standard rate
You will be working as part of a small production team in the production of Spatone products. As acting team leader, you will assume responsibility for the management of the production team, ensuring the team continues to perform efficiently in the absence of the Team Leader and continue to always perform as a leader within the group.
You will work according to all necessary Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hygiene and Health & Safety (H&S) requirements to ensure high quality products are produced in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. You will accurately complete all required documentation as specified in the relevant SOPs and undertake routine preventative checks and cleaning of production equipment, utensils, and premises to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
You will also be responsible for delegating production and cleaning activities to team members.
