Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work for a fully refurbished body shop with high quality equipment set up for prestige vehicles.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered and managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an organised reception area, greeting customers and visitors on arrival
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and scheduling appointments
- Booking vehicles in for repairs and checking vehicle out once work is completed
- Handling customer queries and providing updates during repairs
- Providing clerical support, preparing paperwork, maintaining records, inputting data onto the system accurately and efficiently
Β· Working as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow and deliver a high-quality service to customers
What we\'re looking for:
- Previous experience working within a similar receptionist role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with a professional approach to work
- Proactive attitude towards problem solving and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
