Nelson Trust in Stroud is seeking a Late Support Worker to provide evening support to residents in residential treatment. You will help create a calm, safe environment from 4pm to 10pm and support recovery outside core daytime hours.

The role requires a full driving licence, lone-working confidence, strong communication and boundaries, and an empathetic, non-judgemental approach. Training including medication administration may be provided.
