Administrator/Receptionist - Bristol
Salary: £24,500-£25,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension with 6% employer contribution
Location: Bristol Women’s Centre, Bristol
What will you do?
- Welcome clients, visitors and professionals to the centre
- Manage calls, enquiries and reception activities
- Maintain accurate client records and referral information
- Support data collection and reporting requirements
- Coordinate daily attendance and safeguarding meetings
- Monitor health and safety records and visitor logs
- Manage office supplies, petty cash and correspondence

What we are looking for
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
- A professional, flexible and team-focused approach.
- Experience in a similar administrative or reception role.
