The Nelson Trust is seeking a compassionate Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker to support women across Somerset who face complex challenges including domestic abuse, poor mental health, and substance misuse. This role involves outreach, caseload management, risk assessments and collaboration with criminal justice and voluntary sector partners.

We offer 28 hours per week, with a salary of £27,000–£28,500 pro rata per annum depending on experience, and auto-enrolment pension with 6% employer.
