The Nelson Trust is seeking a compassionate Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker to support women across Somerset who face complex challenges including domestic abuse, poor mental health, and substance misuse. We offer 28 hours per week, with a salary of £27,000–£28,500 pro rata per annum depending on experience, and auto-enrolment pension with 6% employer.
