We are looking for Bank Recovery Support Workers to join our Team based in Stroud. The Nelson Trust is committed to continuous development of services, to being held to a standard of excellence where the best opportunities for long term recovery are made possible, are accessible, and are sustainable. We do not just want to provide services for those in recovery, we want to provide the very best client experience possible.
The Bank Recovery Support Worker role provides cover for staff who support clients in residential to engage with the therapeutic program and to successfully complete treatment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are supported to overcome any obstacles experienced during their recovery journey to ultimately enable them to complete treatment in a planned way, with maximised recovery capital.
We currently operate various shift patterns and we need Bank Recovery Support Workers to cover all shifts which include weekends and nights. We offer on the job training but ideally you will have had experience of our client group and understand how a residential treatment setting works. A full clean driving license is essential for this role.
The Nelson Trust is committed to safeguarding; successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced Children’s Disclosure and Barring Service check.
