Nelson Singleton Solicitors invite applications for a general Legal Secretary to join their busy Dromore office on a Full or Part Time basis.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • High level of proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
  • Have good time keeping skills.

JOB DUTIES

  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages to necessary departments.
  • Production of letters and Legal Documents using digital dictation with use of Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail enquiries, sending correspondence by Fax and E-mail.
  • Photocopying and printing various documents.
  • Filing, updating and maintaining filing systems and databases.
  • Any other duties as may be required by the Employer.

Previous experience in Conveyancing, Litigation or Probate would be an advantage. Full training can be provided. Salary commensurate with experience.
