This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, high-performing People team, supporting the People & Culture Director, the People & Recruitment Officer, and the wider business. The focus will be on employee benefits, employee relations, and compliance/regulation. We are looking for an experienced or aspiring People Manager with a strong work ethic, creativity, and a passion for people and culture. Join us at the start of an ambitious five-year growth plan!

Accountabilities
- Employee Benefits: Work with the People & Culture Director and Employee Benefits Director on provider relationships, renewals, communications, and proposals for new benefits. Investigate and develop flexible benefits packages for the future.
- Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities: Manage people aspects of compliance, notably SMCR, working with the compliance team. Handle FCA data requests and surveys, and oversee regulatory change management.
- Employee Relations: Manage dismissals, redundancies, performance issues, health and mental health concerns, and dispute resolution.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support acquisitions and integrations, including due diligence, induction planning, TUPE transfers, and data review. Contribute to policy development, office logistics, recruitment, and other people-related projects such as engagement, L&D, rewards, performance management, D&I, and wellbeing.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services or a heavily regulated sector.
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance.
- Experience covering at least 80% of the key responsibilities outlined.

- Location: Weybridge, Surrey, or Clerkenwell, London, with hybrid flexibility.
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 9am-5.30pm, with occasional outside hours.
- Salary: GBP50k+ depending on experience, plus benefits and a discretionary 10% bonus.
