We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning Support: Provide essential support to the financial advisors in the development and implementation of financial plans for clients.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products and market trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for client recommendations.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare detailed and comprehensive financial planning reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather necessary information and address queries related to financial plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all activities align with the relevant guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services sector.
  • Qualifications: You should hold your Diploma in Financial Planning and ideally be working towards Chartered status .
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using financial planning software and tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach to working within a team environment. This will be demonstrated by a ready willingness to support team members with technical and administrative issues.
  • Career Aspiration: Willingness to commit to the role of Paraplanner for up to 4 years with the opportunity for progression into advisory roles thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Services:

  • Serve as the primary source of technical professional support for the business, delivering accurate and timely output for adviser and marketing functions.
  • Sourcing of external provider solutions. Drafting advice:
  • Input into the design of planning solutions and the subsequent drafting of the advice to clients.
  • Adhere to and meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the delivery of advice from the Technical Team. Interaction with clients:
  • Stay updated with industry news and trends.
  • Professionally address and acknowledge client queries promptly. Other Duties:
  • Engage in mentoring or support sessions as necessary.
  • Familiarity with a range of products and solutions, including domestic and offshore options.
  • A good eye for detail and accuracy; excellent written and verbal communication standards
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively and independently.
