European Wealth Manager is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This role requires working from the hub-office 5 days a week.

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, tracking key metrics, and ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation and review of fund NAVs, collect relevant broker data for the fund administrator, and review NAVs before preparing monthly investment letters.
  • Trading: Assist with preparing trade plans and booking trades into internal systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare concise and clear reports that communicate complex data findings in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Presentation Support: Help prepare materials for internal presentations and meetings.
  • Investment: Listen into research calls and summarise discussions, assist in the completion of subscription documents and KYC of external investment allocations.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Help with various tasks as needed.
