Welder Fabricator

Location: Aldridge

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Shift: Day shift

Nelson Recruitment Services is recruiting an experienced Fabrication Welder on behalf of our client based in Aldridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and established manufacturing environment on a full-time day shift.

The Role

• * · Fabricating and welding metal components to required specifications
• * · Carrying out MIG welding and general fabrication duties
• * · Reading and working from engineering drawings
• * · Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling materials
• * · Checking completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• * · Using fabrication tools and workshop equipment safely
• * · Maintaining a clean and organised working area* · Following all company health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• * · Previous experience as a Fabrication Welder or Welder Fabricator
• * · Confident MIG welding skills
• * · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• * · Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• * · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• * · Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

What's on Offer
