Want to step into a role with real commercial ownership? This is a strategic Senior Commercial Manager position overseeing live projects, bid reviews, and contract negotiations across a growing infrastructure division.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and take ownership of the commercial function—from CVRs and risk registers through to mentoring junior staff and negotiating high-value contracts.
The project portfolio spans defence, energy, healthcare, and rail. A background in MEP building services is ideal, but we’re also open to main contractor professionals who have managed MEP packages.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven commercial leader with contract negotiation experience
- Confident working across CVRs, risk, procurement, and live project reviews
- Able to lead, coach, and support junior QSs and Commercial Managers
- Comfortable working on secure/regulated projects (defence/energy)
- Ideally MEP background – or strong understanding of building services
- Typical project values range from £1m to £40m.
