Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor. As a Plasterer / Multi-Trader, you will be required to work in void & occupied properties to complete mainly plastering works (damp and mould) and other multi trader duties (including filling, skimming, painting, plastering and fixing hinges).
Plasterer / Multi-Trader Requirements:
- A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
- 2-3 years experience as a Plasterer/Multi Trader (within Residential settings).
- Own tools and means of transport (Including a Clean Driving licence)
- A Basic DBS Certificate
