Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor. As a Plasterer / Multi-Trader, you will be required to work in void & occupied properties to complete mainly plastering works within either the Damp & Mould team or Repairs & Maintenance team and other multi trader duties (including filling, skimming, painting, plastering and fixing hinges).
Multi-Trader Requirements
- A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Plasterer / Multi Trader (within Residential / New Build Housing settings)
- Own tools and means of transport (Including clean licence)
- Basic DBS Certificate
