NPP are recruiting for a Solar PV installation Supervisor for housing projects around the Lincoln area and other on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring installation teams, including roofers, electricians, and labourers.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting final inspections, "snagging" (identifying minor faults), and signing off on the commissioning of systems.
  • Health & Safety: Delivering "toolbox talks," managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and ensuring compliance with safety protocols for working at height.
  • Technical Oversight: Overseeing the integration of PV panels with battery storage, inverters, and domestic electrical systems.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, management and the company’s internal operations team.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Electrical Background: in solar PV installation. C&G 2399 Solar PV | BPEC Solar & Battery | C&G 2919 EV
  • CSCS Card: Preferably a managers Card
  • IPAF & Working at Heights
  • SMSTS/SSSTS is highly preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in solar PV installation and proven leadership on residential projects.
