NPP are recruiting for a freelance site manager to perform duties on a fast track commercial refurbishment project in the Banbury area. The candidate would be required to oversee the refurbishment of a bar & restaurant area.
Duties:
- Ensuring the project is well run and handed over on-time
- Managing sub-contractors & labour
- Inductions and RAM's
- Enforcing correct Health & Safety procedures
- Updating the client daily
Required:
- A valid relevant CSCS card
- SMSTS
- First aid certificate
- Experience of similar projects
- Willing to work 11 hour days, 7 days a week for 3 weeks
