Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting for Electricians for a UK leading Facilities Maintenance Company with a legacy spanning over 100 years. This is an opportunity to work for a growing successful organisation that has an impressive client portfolio. Our client delivers planned and reactive maintenance, full mechanical and electrical services from design to installation, and data-driven optimisation, ensuring full compliance across even the most regulated industries. They also provide renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions to support your journey to Net Zero. We are currently recruiting Electrical Site Supervisors based at our offices in Burton-upon-Trent, Milton Keynes and London (Westfield). The key responsibilities of this role as an Electrical Site Supervisor are: * Lead successful projects and collaborating within large site teams. * Strong technical expertise with a proven ability to coordinate and assess design and installation processes involving multiple stakeholders and end clients. * Assisting and preparing both conceptual and detailed project documentation and designs within a team environment. * Be Customer-facing with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, company quality systems, programming, and commercial support tools. * Committed to a strong Health & Safety culture, with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and project requirements. * Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and that of others effectively. * Manage Electrical and Mechanical operatives, including all relevant subcontractors. * Work to a detailed programme schedules covering all construction phases to deliver projects on time and within contractual obligations. * Responsible for successful project implementation, commissioning, handover, and associated documentation, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills of an Electrical Site Supervisor: * Previous experience in site supervision * Knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations * Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical building services * SSSTS certification * Comp-ex qualification is desirable * Experience with all aspects of LV power and lighting * Knowledge of BMS and control systems is advantageous * Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics * Strong team player * Full, clean driving licence The employment package for an Electrical Site Supervisor is: * 37.5 hours per week plus overtime * JIB+ rates: Basic of £42,500 with potential earnings up to £72,000 per year with overtime * Plus, Enhanced Lodge and travel allowance. * Plus, Transport and uniform provided. * Leading training from our in-house academy. * Inclusive employer committed to diversity and wellbeing How to Apply: This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Nelson Permanent Placements Ltd.
