NPP are recruiting for a permanent site manager to perform duties for a market leader on long term social housing kitchen & bathroom re-fit projects around central and South Birmingham. Candidates would need a strong background in a similar role and be able to liaise with the client, sub-contractors and clients.

Duties:

  • Lead works on kitchen & bathroom projects
  • Ensure health & safety is adhered to
  • RAM's
  • Maintaining up to date site, health & safety records
  • Ensure client & customer satisfaction
  • Motivate and manage sub-contractors and operatives
  • Hold and lead regular site planning meetings

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Scaffold Inspection
  • Level 4 qualification (NVQ or HNC)
  • Relevant experience on social housing projects
