Job Description: Carpenter Multi Rate: Up to £23.00ph (Personal CIS) Location: Across South Birmingham Hours: 40 hours per week Duration: Ongoing work Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor. As a Carpenter Multi, you will be required to work in void & occupied properties to carry out all aspects of repairs and maintenance to a high standard with minimal supervision. Fencing experience and working within Social Housing is needed. Carpenter Requirements: * A Valid CSCS Skilled Card * 2-3 years’ experience as a Carpenter/Multi Trader (within Residential settings). * Own tools and means of transport (Including clean driving licence) * Basic DBS Certificate How to Apply: Please send your CV to the email address detailed below.
