Responsibilities:
- Work in void & occupied properties to complete mainly Carpentry works within the Repairs & Maintenance team.
- Perform other multi trader duties including filling, skimming, painting, plastering and fixing hinges.
Requirements:
- A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
- 2-3 years' experience as a Carpenter/Multi Trader (within Residential/New Build Housing settings).
- Own tools and means of transport (Including clean licence)
- Basic DBS Certificate
