NPP are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing retrofit contractor for a site manager with experience of roofing work streams and contracting. This is a temporary role for a 3 month period.
Duties:
- Onsite inductions
- Enforcing health and safety protocols
- RAM's
- Managing specialist roofing contractors and work streams
- Reporting on progress
- Resolving issues and finding viable solutions
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- NVQ in construction management
- Asbestos Awareness
- Willing to go through DBS screening
