The Role
Reporting to the Spa Management team, you will play an important part in the spa’s day‑to‑day operation and overall guest experience. This hands‑on role involves delivering a wide range of treatments to a consistently high standard while supporting the smooth running of the spa. The position is available on a full‑time or part‑time basis. Flexibility is essential, as evening shifts (until 8:15pm) and all weekend work are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of face and body treatments to a high professional standard.
- Carry out manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing services confidently.
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to all guests and members.
- Maintain treatment rooms to an immaculate standard.
- Support stock control and minimise product waste.
- Promote and recommend retail products, contributing to sales.
- Work collaboratively as part of a proactive and supportive team.
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy / Face & Body Therapy (essential).
- Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Previous experience in a spa or similar environment preferred.
- Confident in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing.
- Professional, reliable, and team‑focused.
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest care.
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
